DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 07 (NCO 7) DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting for quotes for requirement is for a one-time professional service for the development of equipment-specific Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and delivery of LOTO training on behalf of the VA Atlanta Healthcare System.   The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Procedures.
