Contract Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 04 (NCO4), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TransMedics, Inc. in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(b). The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) requires TransMedics, Inc. Organ Care Service (OCS) to provide deceased donor organ recovery, perfusion, and transportation from organ recovery locations within the TransMedics Great Lakes, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Northeast, South, Prairies, Midwest, or Texas regions to the VAPHS transplant center in Pittsburgh, PA.
