Contract Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure services to evaluate and refurbish two(2) Hexagon power supplies on a sole source basis from Treadwell Corporation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- 1(b).
