Contract Description
The Delaware Army National Guard 193rd RTI has a requirement to feed students for various training courses. The contractor shall provide all subsistence, paper goods, sanitation supplies, and labor required to accomplish meal preparation and serving in accordance with this attached PWS. Contracted personnel will prepare meals at their facility, transport and serve prepared meals at Bethany Beach Training Site. The Meals will be prepared utilizing fresh ingredients, and the menu may consist of Hot, Cold (Sandwich Meal), or both types of meals. Emphasis should be placed on nutritional value.
