Contract Description
Interior renovation of a 2,997 square foot facility, consisting of five sub-tasks: A. Paint: Correct deficiencies in the walls, if any; and repaint 5,078 approximately sq ft. B. Mirror Installation: furnish and secure mirrors to walls. Approximately 2,214 sq ft. C. Flooring: prepare, seal, and level concrete; raise existing floor drains to be flush with the floor. Install athletic mats to cover approx. 2,592 sq ft. D. Electrical and Lighting: Replace 33 existing fluorescent lights with LED fixtures. Replace 10 ceiling fans with 10 fans containing LED lighting.
