Contract Description
This Statement of Work (SOW) is for the design, demolition, and installation of HVAC equipment at building 611. The existing chiller and chilled water pump shall remain and be used in the design.The contractor shall temporarily dissemble the existing ceiling grid around HVAC equipment so the requirements of this project can be met.The contractor shall temporarily support all ceiling mounted systems and components in the work area above the ceiling while performing this work.The contractor shall replace any damaged ceiling grid or ceiling tiles with matching grid and tile materials. Before any demolition occurs. The flow rate of both the hot water and chilled water must be measured at both air handlers. The results shall be submitted to the government.
