Contract Description

THIS IS A COMPETITIVE SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS 238160 WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $19MILLION. THE AWARDEE OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SUPERINTENDENT AT ALL TIMES WORK IS BEING PERFORMED ON THE PROJECT (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.236-6). THE SUPERINTENDENT IS CONSIDERED A KEY POSITION. THIS POSITION SHALL NOT BE SUBCONTRACTED AND MUST WORK DIRECTLY FOR THE PRIME CONTRACTOR. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED SIMULTANEOUSLY.
