Subject: Pre-Solicitation Notice - Invitation for Bids (IFB) Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract for roof replacement Building 641 Merritt Rd, Fort Bliss, located within the Fort Bliss TX Installation. 1. The purpose of this memorandum is to issue a pre-solicitation notice for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to address the need to repair existing roof system at building 641, northwest side. Work shall include wood plank deck replacement, new self-adhering underlayment and new asphalt roof shingles to match existing. Install in accordance with roofing manufacturer’s recommendations.
