*****AMEND 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the bonding, guarantee, and magnitude requirements, and to confirm the availability of funds for this solicitation. The solicitation is hereby amended as follows a. Performance and Payment Bonds: I accordance with FAR clause 52.228-15, Performance and Payment Bonds--Construction, the successful offeror will be required to furnish both performance and payment bonds after the contract is awarded. b. Bid Guarantee: a bid guarantee is not required to be submitted with your quote. c. In Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC) is an acceptable form of security for the performance and payment bonds, as authorized by FAR clause 52.228-14, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, and in lieu of corporate or individual sureties. d.
