Contract Description

The existing grease trap at B3201 Crossroads Dining Facility is undersized and unserviceable, which is causing frequent backups. This poses risks of foul odors and health code violations. The Contractor is to remove, relocate, and replace with new 90 gallon static holding capacity, 75 GPM, stainless steel grease interceptor or approved equal. The new installed grease interceptor is to be relocated to exterior of facility. The Contractor is to demolish and replace all bottom cabinetry in the kitchen area to match existing. The Contractor shall field verify all dimensions, utility lines locations, and site conditions prior to performance of work. 1.
