Request for Information (RFI) Office Space Leasing from Federally Recognized Tribes A. Introduction The Indian Health Service (IHS), an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources of office space available for lease from Federally Recognized Tribes. This RFI is issued in accordance with the IHS leasing authority under Public Law 94-437 (Indian Health Care Improvement Act), as amended. The purpose of this notice is to gather information from Tribes interested in providing office space to support IHS operations.
