1.0 INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the U.S. Navy, Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime code PMS 300, for market research and planning purposes only. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
