Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract for an Upgraded Kubota Lowboy Generator. 1. INTRODUCTION The 187th Operations Support Squadron (OPS) at Montgomery, AL, announces its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Senergy Power Solutions. This action is pursued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The government has determined that Senergy Power Solutions is the only source capable of providing the required supplies and services. 2.
