Contract Description
This Request for White Paper (RFW) is issued by the United States Marine Corps to conduct market research and identify potential solutions for the Organic Precision Fires - Medium (OPF-M) program. This RFW shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotations, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of a company's submission of responses to this announcement, or the Government's use of such information.
