Contract Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) N0016726R3000 for Engineering Services for Signature Silencing Programs. This requirement is a Level of Effort (LOE), non-performance based task order (TO) under the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Only current SeaPort NxG MAC holders are eligible to submit proposals. Offerors not holding a valid SeaPort NxG MAC will not be considered for award.All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in accordance with Section L and the procedures outlined in clause L-215-H006 SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS BY OFFERORS--BASIC (NAVSEA) (APR 2022).
