This is a supply contract for building rental to provide facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor in support of the 2026 – Rocky Mountain Western Classic Drill Meet (Formerly Rocky Mountain Nationals Drill Meet) for JROTC Programs.Period of performance is 24-25 April within The work to be performed under this contract will be performed within 20 miles of the Director of Army Instruction’s office, 1617 S. Acoma St., Denver, Colorado, 80223. *** Notice is amended to extend the quote submission date to April 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern. Solicitation amendment and conformed copy are attached. ***
