Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB, DE intends to award a single source, firm-fixed definitive contract for The Hannon Company a Large Business 1605 WAYNESBURG DR SE, CANTON, OH 44707 USA. The anticipated award date is on or before 1 June 2026 at 11:59pm. The Government reserves the right to not make an award. The Statement of Work will encompass the Government’s requirement. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 3204 (a)(1), as implemented by RFO 6.103-1(b).
