Contract Description
The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a solicitation package seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to for the Runway Approach Lighting System & PAPI at Pituffik Space Base, Greenland. This will be a competitive, Invitation for Bid Solicitation. General Conditions at Pituffik Space Base: The location of Pituffik Space Base limits exterior work to the months of June through September, although work is sometimes possible in May and/or October. Additionally, Pituffik's location demands that all supplies/personnel must be shipped /transported in/out via air/sealift.
