Contract Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, maintenance, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform sanitary survey in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall conduct sanitary surveys for ten (10) Drinking Water Systems of U.S. Army Garrison Japan at nine (9) Installations in Japan. The survey consists of an onsite inspection of the water source, treatment, distribution system, finished water storage, pumping facilities and controls, monitoring and reporting data, system management and operation, and compliance with operator requirements, in a manner compliant with Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Army Regulation 200-1, and Technical Bulletin ME...
