The Supreme Court of the United States has a requirement for a contract for Supreme Court Building with a period of performance of a one-year base. PROJECT TITLE Fire Alarm System Upgrade, SCBG Background Established as a permanent office in 1876, the Architect is provided permanent authority for the care and maintenance of the United States Capitol based on Section 1811 of Title 2 of the United States Code. The Architect is responsible for the maintenance, operation, development and preservation of 18.4 million square feet of buildings and more than 580 acres of land throughout Capitol Hill.
