Scattered Sites Well Drilling Project CA22-D46 / EDO-295-D46 Pala, San Diego County, California 1. PURPOSE This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for market research purposes only in accordance with FAR Part 10. The Indian Health Service (IHS), California Area Office, is seeking qualified contractors capable of performing water well drilling and pump installation services in Pala, California. The Government is conducting market research to determine whether sufficient qualified firms exist to justify: A Buy Indian Act set-aside (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise – ISBEE), and/or A Small Business Set-Aside under FAR Part 19.
