Contract Description

375 CES/CEIE is seeking sources to provide the below service. Please indicate capability, cost estimate, certification or expert knowledge qualifications and/or past performances. Direct questions to laura.schroeder.1@us.af.mil and respond by 15 April 2026 1530 CDT. Perform Stage 1 Vapor Balance System (VBS) testing for six (6) existing Underground Storage Tanks located within the boundaries of Scott Air Force Base, in accordance with IL EPA Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit and 40 CFR 63 11120.a. UST 1-4: 12,000 gallon, double-walled, fiberglass UST 5/6: 10,000 gallon, double-walled, steel tank and fiberglass secondary containment
