THIS IS NOT AN INVITIATION FOR BID, PLAN AND SPEFICIATIONS ARE NOT AVAILBLE PROJECT NUMBER: SD FLAP SDGFP PARKING(1) PROJECT NAME: NORTH POINT PARKING LOT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed scope of this project includes reconstruction of the pavement within a parking lot servicing the boat ramp in the North Point Recreation Area near Pickstown, South Dakota. The project will address deteriorated pavement and sub-base for the 98,000 square-foot parking lot on the east side of the North Bay just upstream of the Fort Randall dam on the Missouri River. The project will provide a new pavement surface for the parking area while maintaining the operational qualities of this popular summer boat launch area.
