***AMENDMENT 0001 (SEE ATTACHED)*** Performance Work Statement has been replaced in its entirety with Amendment 0001, Enclosure (1). Proposal deadline has been extended to 12 February 2026. IMPORTANT: Enclosures for this amendment are posted in PIEE (link below). Please continue to monitor both PIEE AND SAM.gov for ALL updates regarding this solicitation. The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct Sea Turtle Surveys on the Tinian Military Lease Area. Provide a lump sum price for environmental services to conduct sea turtle nest monitoring and inventory at beaches with suitable habitat at the Tinian Military Lease Area.
