Announcement Number: 143015-25-Q0036 Project Title: Sea Turtle Veterinary Health Support Services The US Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of Protected Resources (OPR) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine, using the procedures in FAR Part 13, to provide Sea Turtle support services.
