The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Security Fence Replacement, Fox Point Hurricane Barrier, Providence, RI. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall demolish and remove existing metal railings and chain-link fence and posts from a concrete structure and install new vinyl coated chain link fence, one new pedestrian gate and barbed wire as shown on the figures.
