No other company has access to the proprietary system, which includes intrusion, motion, temperature, and fire alarms. Based on this, the VA Rule of Two cannot be met. Therefore, this requirement must be sole sourced to Universal Security and Fire, Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b) and for proprietary reason.
