DESCRIPTION: ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER (A-E) SERVICES FOR INDEFINITE DELIVERY TYPE CONTRACT(S) FOR DESIGN OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, GENERAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES, SUPPORTING SERVICES, TITLE I, AND TITLE II INSPECTION SERVICES AT ELLSWORTH AFB, SD. 1.
