JSC intends to issue BPA calls for construction support and engineering services associated with facilities rehabilitation and improvements projects under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. These projects include major improvements to the Central Heating and Cooling Plant, water main replacements, substation reliability/performance improvements, air handler replacements, a new consolidated engineering facility and other project still in development. The projects anticipated under One Big Beautiful Bill Act are highly complex construction projects requiring specialized knowledge and experience with JSC’s mechanical infrastructure, electrical infrastructure, and specialized regulatory requirements.
