The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, has an upcoming requirement for the renovation of Building 317, the Communications Facility at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, NY (NFARS). As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Door Locks: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand requirement for Best Coremax keying systems (keys and cores) to be installed for all doors that are included in this project. Fire Alarm/Mass Notification System: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for Simplex fire monitoring system for fire alarm panel and associated alarm signaling.
