Contract Description
The Office of Facilities and Property Management (OFPM) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), an agency of the U. S, Department of Commerce, intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) Services for Gaithersburg, MD and Montgomery County, MD. Refer to Attachment 2-Statement of Work Section V Tasks and Section VII General Requirements for intended scope of work. NIST contemplates multiple awards of up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts but reserves the right to award more or less based on the best interest of the Government.
