Contract Description

This solicitation is for the repair of NSN 7RE 2995 014644318 VH and will be using competitive procedures. The resulting award will be limited to government approved sources. Offers will be evaluated based on the nonprice factors of capacity, delivery, and past performance, and when combined, those non-price factors being more important than price.
