Contract Description
This requirement is for the provision of Landfill Services only. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION DOCUMENT FOR REQUIREMENTS AND QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS. FCC Butner will transport garbage and construction debris to the contractor’s disposal facility. Upon delivery, the contractor shall beresponsible for and become sole owner of all trash, garbage and debris from the Government owned containers once the unloading atthe transfer site is complete. Services will be performed at the contractor's disposal facility, which must be approved by the North Carolina Departmentof Environment and Natural Resources and operated in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local codes and laws,as well as meet EPA requirements and standards.
