The information gathered from the market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to make a single award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm-fixed prices for Solid Waste Landfill Services, which meet the requirements outlined in this statement of work for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), La Tuna, located in Anthony, TX.
