Contract Description
US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk District (NAO) anticipates soliciting and awarding a Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect Engineer Contracts. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought or any follow up information requests. Performance Period: The contract will include a base period of five (5) years. Estimated Value of the Contract: The estimated contract value is not to exceed $99 million.
