Request for Information Announcement For Ship To Shore Connector (SSC) Radio Intercom Interface Unit (RIIU). The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is conducting a survey of potential sources for the Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) program. NSWC PCD is seeking sources for a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Interior Communication/Radio intercom interface Unit (RIIU) for a system upgrade effort. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for an integrated voice communications system for the SSC Program.
