Introduction: The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (NAVSUP FLCSI), Site Rota, on behalf of Commander Naval Installations Command (CNIC), Naval Station Rota Port Operations (Port Ops), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for the purposes of conducting market research to obtain industry information and identify potential sources that are capable of and interested in providing ship towing services described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement.
