Questions and Answers: Is there an incumbent contractor currently performing this work or work substantially similar to it at NTIA OSM? No, this is a new requirement. What is the anticipated number of concurrent band studies during the base period? The 500 MHz mandate and Presidential Memo suggest multiple simultaneous efforts, but the PWS does not specify staffing scale.Currently, NTIA anticipates 2-3 concurrent band studies. However, this may increase if new requirements are identified.
