The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, is seeking information from qualified contractors regarding capabilities for the "Syracuse VBA Hnaley 5th Floor- Construction" project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project Title: Syracuse VBA Hanley 5th Floor- Construction Location: James M.
