Contract Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a fixed price purchase order, on a sole-source basis to Hydraulics International, Inc. (CAGE: 56529) for the procurement of Spares for Hydraulic Fluid Cooling System (Detailed in Attachment #1), for the V-22 program. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. This notification is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
