Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: Specracom SecureSync 2400 GPS Time Synchronization modules – Qty 1 EA To Safran Federal Systems, 320 N. Goodman St. Suite 101, Rochester, NY 14607 as the only source of this system. This system is required due to technical requirements for disciplined 10 MHz, 1 PPS, IRIG‑B, and network‑based time distribution and is a direct replacement for a unit already in use on site.
