Contract Description
This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H701-26-R-00038 Stephenson-Taylor Water Line Extension a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 19 July 2026 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov under Contract Opportunities.
