Contract Description

The project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a hydraulic distribution system, including distribution piping, thermal insulation, pumping system and, heat exchanger.. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract. In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all contractors must be bonded and possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain.
