NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Albuquerque District, intends to award a new contract for Sutter Basin Project Interpretive Native Plant Garden, Sutter County, CA This will be accomplished on a sole source basis in accordance FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source reasonably available. Services under this contract will include but are not limited to the following: assess existing conditions within the designated Garden space; create conceptual layout and final layout for the Garden space and the content of interpretive signage and/or other materials; install, repair, and replace components of an appropriate irrigation system to supply water to installed vegetation; ...
