The services require management and technical personnel to provide daily TV Traffic and Programming Products to support television broadcast operations from the AFN-BC. 2. Critical performance requirements include sensitive media handling, speed, accuracy and performance that adhere to DoD and broadcast industry standards. 3. The broadcast industry sells the service by billing hourly rates for the services of television broadcast managers and producers. The PWS is written to conform to industry expectations
