PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE TDAC-WSMR SECURITY HARDENING/ SCIF BLDG 1401 W911SG-26-R-A014 The mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Ft. Bliss, TX intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to improve versatility, security and safety in the Secure Area D100. Six tasks are to be accomplished; vault egress door replacement, install intrusion detection system (IDS) sensors, install room access system (Velocity), install red warning light and install awning above exterior door.
