This is a notification of an intent to award a contract to Native Networks, Inc., under NAICS Code: 51711 Wired Telecommunication Carriers by Indian Health Services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. NATIVE NETWORK, INC is a Tribally owned firm and the only firm capable of providing the continuation and transition of existing telecommunications services to support ongoing healthcare operations. Due to ongoing tribal land access restrictions and infrastructure limitations, Native Network, Inc. is considered the only one responsible source reasonably available to meet the Government’s requirement.
