TNF Elevator and Lift Maintenance This solicitation is to establish a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements, Non-Personal Services contract for commercial elevator and lift maintenance for the Forest Service, Tongass National Forest (TNF), Southeast Alaska. Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to ensure elevators and lifts are fully functional, compliant with American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, certified, and safe for use.
