This is a presolicitation notice for a competitive solicitation that GPO intends to post on or about July 17th, 2026. The scope of work includes: The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) is constantly under renovation due to office moves, production improvements, infrastructure modifications, and facility maintenance. As a result, GPO requires on-call and scheduled removal of non-hazardous debris, recyclable scrap metal, and paper dust. GPO’s Plant Operations Division requires two (2) 40-yard roll-off dumpsters and one (1) 30-yard recyclable metal roll-off dumpster. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, roll-off dumpsters, transportation, permits, and disposal services necessary to provide on-call removal, transportation, recycling, and disposal of non-hazardous de...
