To: Prospective Quoters Subject: Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number: 19RS5026Q0006 The U.S. Embassy in Moscow is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide Trash, Waste and Snow Removal services, including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy Moscow compound and Ambassador’s Residence. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
